When an order is placed with “HIMOD” an email will be sent to you with your order confirmation, than later a tracking number. Unless you have entered incorrect/false details.

Once an item purchased from “HIMOD” has been posted the item is under the user’s responsibility to track and Australia Post responsibility to deliver the product to you. “HIMOD” can only provide the product to be sent, once sent no responsibility is held from us if the item is lost or not delivered it’s the user’s responsibility to track and contact Australia Post. Tracking number will be supplied.

All orders for delivery within Australia & New Zealand will be dispatched and tracked via Australia Post only.

It’s vital that your order reaches you quickly and safely. When you order, our reliable logistics partners ensure that your order is transported to you with utmost care. Handling Time:

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your items to be prepared/processed before shipment. For suspension order's please allow 3-6 days for construction/preparation of your order. 

Please note we reserve the right to not send out orders until your payment has been received in our account which generally can take 24 - 48 hours. 

Shipping Within Australia & New Zealand Only:

-          Shipping is often covered by himod in a special, but rates are charged according to weight and can be viewed on checkout

 Damaged Goods:

When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for external damage. You must report any damage to us within 5 days of receipt.

We must receive a failed item back to test before dispatching a replacement. 

When warranty is voided:

  • Goods are tampered with, disassembled, installed incorrectly or used incorrectly.
  • Damage exceeding normal wear and tear

These Blacked-Out Tail-Lights come with a 30-day return policy as can be read below:

There is a 30 day money-back guarantee period where the product can be returned if faulty or damaged. The 30 day period commences once the order is received by the buyer. The item can only be returned if the product is in new condition. Please note the item can not be returned for change of mind. The postage for the return is at the buyer's expense.

If the tail-light comes damaged in the postage box these will have to be addressed with Australia Post, as we double check our shipments and all products are quality checked at HIMOD before being sent to our customers. We can help you contact Australia Post to make a claim. If the tail-light is faulty or not in working order once plugged into the car correctly and all instructions are followed then please contact us and we can assist you. Once the tail-lights have been taken out of the postage box and are installed on the car no responsibility is held by HIMOD in the case of injury to person or property. HIMOD holds no responsibility if these tail-lights are the cause of any harm eg. car crash, no responsibility is held. Please confirm this product is legal to install on your vehicle in your relevant State or Territory prior to purchase, Himod takes no responsibility for any fines or penalties that you may receive from your relevant local authority due to illegal taillights. Please note this warranty is non-transferable if the item is re-sold or brought by another party. The original purchaser holds the only warranty.

We must receive a failed item back to test before despatching a replacement. Warranty period of replacements continue the remaining time of original warranty.

Supernova Lighting is not responsible for failures or damages due to negligence, abuse, collisions, incorrect installation, modification to product, tampering with seals or incorrect wiring.

  • Damage exceeding normal wear and tear

LIABILITY

Supernova Lighting shall not be liable for indirect, special exemplary, consequential or incidental damages arising from any failures, defects or mis-used goods including death, property damage, or personal injury.

Supernova Lighting shall not be liable for installation and or removal costs during troubleshooting or exchanging goods. Warranty covers the product only, any assoaciated costs related to installation will not be covered by Supernova Lighting.

Supernova Lighting shall not be liable for any costs incurred during packaging and handling returns, exchanges or replacements.

 

This policy refers to Fox Suspension, Bilstein Suspension, Exittrax, LLA, Cal Off Road, SPC & all other products:
