Change Of Mind Returns / Exchanges Policy
At HIMOD, we want you to shop with confidence. Here’s our easy-to-follow guide for returns, exchanges, and refunds:
1. Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

20% restocking fee applies.

No cash refunds, store credit only.

Items must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition.

Items not meeting these conditions will be returned at your expense.

All returns must be approved by HIMOD before shipping.

Gift cards or store credits cannot be returned.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. HIMOD is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges allowed within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be brand new, unused, and in resalable condition.

If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid.

If the new item costs less, the difference will be credited minus a 20% exchange fee.

Customers pay return shipping unless using the HIMOD-provided label (rates above).

All exchanges must be approved by HIMOD prior to shipping.

Please double-check your item before ordering to avoid restocking or exchange fees. These fees cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

3. Order Cancellations

No order cancellations are allowed once an order is placed.

Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
4. Chargebacks / Risk

Orders flagged as medium or high risk may be automatically cancelled.

Customers may reorder using PayPal if desired.
5. Warranty & Defective Items

If your item is faulty, defective, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law (ACCC rights).

Contact us within 5 days of delivery for defective items.

HIMOD may provide a replacement or return label at our discretion.
