Shipping & Delivery
When an order is placed with “HIMOD” an email will be sent to you with your order confirmation, than later a tracking number. Unless you have entered incorrect/false details.
Once an item purchased from “HIMOD” has been posted the item is under the user’s responsibility to track and Australia Post responsibility to deliver the product to you. “HIMOD” can only provide the product to be sent, once sent no responsibility is held from us if the item is lost or not delivered it’s the user’s responsibility to track and contact Australia Post. Tracking number will be supplied.
All orders for delivery within Australia & New Zealand will be dispatched and tracked via Australia Post only.

Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your items to be prepared/processed before shipment. For suspension order's please allow 3-6 days for construction/preparation of your order.
Please note we reserve the right to not send out orders until your payment has been received in our account which generally can take 24 - 48 hours.

When you receive your delivery, please immediately check for external damage. You must report any damage to us within 5 days of receipt.
