If the product supplied is not as ordered please send images and receipt of the product to (hello@himod4x4.com) or (P.O BOX 334, Coolum Beach, QLD, Australia).
The item can only be returned if the product is in new condition. The postage for the return is at the buyer's expense.
Please note: You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods to bring the damage/issue to our attention in order to be eligible for a refund.
If the product is altered, opened or changed in any way.
We are happy to assist in the return of products, but the customer must pay shipping.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be shown.
How to Return:

Remember, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item to us.
Please note:
- Items can only be returned if they have a fault/issue with the product. If the item is the wrong size eg: clothing we can assist there.
- Please contact us prior to your return. We cannot receive a return without consent from us. Any item's that are sent back without our approval will be returned to the sender at their cost.
- Please package returns safely and securely. Note: returns must arrive in brand new condition or for warranty the same condition as specified. If the item arrives in poor / worse condition than specified, EG: further damage that was not alerted before shipment this will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure the item doesn’t get lost in transit.
Refunds:
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your payment method.
Please note: Original shipping costs for the product are non-refundable as this service has been provided in full.
If the customers provides incorrect information on the shipping address for their purchase, no compensation will be offered from HIMOD as we can only go on what information you have supplied.
Cancellations:
Here at HIMOD we understand that you may have a change of mind that's why we have a 24-hour cancellation policy on any order. Once this 24 hour period has ended no cancellations can be placed due to stock being ordered, shipped or processed. We are all for quick shipping here at HIMOD that's why after 24 hours items are shipped, ordered or processed. The 24 hour period starts once the order is received on our website platform and this period ends exactly 24 hours after it's received. If a cancellation is requested based on "change of mind" after 24 hours unfortunately we can not assist in this as the stock will have been ordered, shipped or processed.
If any cancellation is approved outside of the 24 cancellation policy this will encounter a 15% restocking fee.
Contract Of Sale:
*Please note* once you purchase any product from HIMOD you have entered a contract of sale that states. “Any cancellation after the 24-hour window has passed it will be declined as you have entered the contract of sale. You are obligated to follow through with your order once you have purchased or placed an order from HIMOD”. Once the product is received then this locked in contract changes to our “Exchanges” or “Refunds” policies.
Exchanges:
Don’t forget! The buyer will be required to pay for return postage.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the decision of your exchange.
Once the exchange is approved, we will ship your exchange back to you within Australia at no charge.
Conclusion:
We will always do our best to provide you with the help needed to return or exchange items.
