Defective Upon Arrival:
Please contact us within 5 days of goods arriving to receive a replacement set. HIMOD at discretion will cover the return cost.
Warranty:

Change of Mind:
You can return an item within 5 days of arrival for a change of mind only if not suitable for application. A 15% restocking fee is required. The consumer pays the return cost. Item must be in resalable condition,
Cancellation: Contact us within 5 hours of purchasing to cancel the order. If outside of this period a 15% restocking fee is required. If the item is shipped can not be cancelled.

How to Return:
If you need to return your product, send us an email at support@himod4x4.com outlining your request. We will provide an outline how to return.
Ensure:
- Goods must meet the requirement of a return stated above.
- The goods must not be altered, opened or changed in any way.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be shown.
- Gift cards / Store credits can't be returned
- Please package returns safely and securely.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to make sure the item doesn’t get lost in transit. We don't cover goods being returned.
Note: Returns must arrive in brand new condition or for warranty in the same condition as specified. If the item arrives in poor / worse condition than specified, EG: further damage that was not alerted before shipment this will be deducted from your refund.
NOTE: Returns sent without approval prior will result in rejection and will be posted back to the consumer.
NOTE: HIMOD does not reimburse return costs for items outside of warranty if sent back by the consumer. All returns labels within the warranty period can be supplied at HIMOD's discretion / store credited.

Refunds:
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Refunds can take up to 2 weeks post-approval to be processed.
Please note: Original shipping costs for the product are non-refundable as this service has been provided in full.
