How To Leave A Review:
1. Go to the product page for the item you purchased.
2. Scroll down to the Reviews section and click ‘Write a Review’.
3. Enter the same name and email address used when placing your order.
4. Select a star rating.
5. Write your review.
6. Upload one or two photos of the product in use (optional).
7. Click Submit review. You’ll see a confirmation message once your review has been received.
Once your review is published, you’ll be automatically entered into the monthly draw.
HIMOD “Win Your Order Back” Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is HIMOD (ABN 37 693 028 264) of Queensland, Australia (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over who have purchased for personal use.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are ineligible to enter.
2.3. To be eligible, entrants must have purchased products directly from HIMOD and submitted a genuine review for that product on the HIMOD website.
2.4. Only customers who have placed an eligible order with HIMOD on or after 1 November 2025, being the commencement date of this competition, are eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
3.1. The competition commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 November 2025 and continues on an ongoing monthly basis until otherwise withdrawn by the Promoter.
3.2. Each month’s draw includes all eligible reviews submitted between 12:00am (AEST) on the first day of the month and 11:59pm (AEST) on the last day of the month.
3.3. Entries do not roll over from one month to the next. Each monthly draw includes only reviews submitted during that month’s competition period.
3.4. Each monthly draw will be conducted on the first Monday following the end of the relevant Competition Period.
3.5. The Promoter reserves the right to end the competition at any time by providing notice on the HIMOD website.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter, an eligible customer must:
• Purchase a product directly from HIMOD; and
• Leave a review for that product on the corresponding product page of the HIMOD website during the competition period.
4.2. Each valid review counts as one entry. Multiple reviews for the same product will be treated as a single entry.
4.3. Reviews must be genuine and reflect the customer’s honest experience. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any review deemed fraudulent, offensive, or unrelated to the product purchased.
5. Prize
5.1. Each month, one (1) winner will receive a store credit equal to the total value of their order (excluding any shipping costs).
5.2. The prize will be issued in the form of HIMOD store credit, valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
5.3. The store credit is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with HIMOD’s store credit policy.
5.4. The prize value is based on the order total at the time of purchase and excludes any discounts, coupons, or shipping fees.
5.5. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or amended before the draw, the entry associated with that order may be deemed ineligible.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period using a computer-based random selection method.
6.2. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s Queensland office on the first Monday of each month.
6.3. The winner will be notified via email (or phone if no valid email is available) within five (5) business days of the draw.
6.4. The winner’s first name, last initial, and state (e.g. “Jeff G., NSW”) will also be published on the Promoter’s website on the competition page.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1. By submitting a product review (“Content”) as an entry to this competition, the entrant warrants that they are the original creator of the Content and hold all necessary rights in it. The entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any claim, loss, or expense arising from a third party alleging that the Content infringes their intellectual property or other rights.
7.2. By submitting the Content, the entrant grants the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, and sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display the Content (including any text, images, or excerpts) without material distortion or misrepresentation of its meaning, in any media, including but not limited to the Promoter’s website, social media, advertising, and marketing materials, for the purpose of promoting the Promoter’s business and products, without further reference or payment to the entrant.
7.3. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their first name, last initial, and state (as published in Clause 6.4) for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition, without additional compensation.
8. Unclaimed Prize
8.1. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8.2. If a redraw is necessary, it will take place 15 days after the original draw date at the Promoter's Queensland office, and the new winner will be notified as per Clause 6.3 and 6.4.
9. General Conditions
9.1. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
9.3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or incomplete information supplied by entrants.
9.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues that may cause entries to be lost, delayed, or not recorded properly.
9.5. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise, subject to applicable law, provided that it does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
10. Privacy
10.1. Personal information provided by entrants will be used for the purposes of conducting this competition, contacting winners, and publishing winner details.
10.2. By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being used as described in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the HIMOD Privacy Policy, available on the HIMOD website.
11. Liability
11.1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any entrant arising from or in connection with this competition or any prize awarded.
11.2. The Promoter’s liability under consumer protection law is not excluded but, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the supply of the prize (store credit) or equivalent benefit.
